I'm sure that an increased offer will follow....there are more good signs than bad.
The key for this bidder is to get the share holders with large parcels to agree to sell. If they offer those people at or about 38-45 cents this may be completed.
With a tight share register there is no real future in picking up the odd 100,000 shares. They need the fellows with millions of shares to sell.
If they do not get them they get nothing.
I hope that nice man at Norton Rose is telling them that. After all the solicitor would like this to show matter as a completed takeover.
This is everyones interest to get a real offer on the table at about 40 cents and finish off the shadow boxing.
At 40 cents I could have an interest in selling.
