    Looks like the new director is keen to take up a good position now 11%+, giving Sunstar a run for their money. This is a very good sign that the new director sees 27c as a good buy, surely he wouldn't waste his time for a 1c profit. This should dry up the selling under 28c very soon, just waiting on the next offer.
