    It's logical the share price drops 20c on the ex date for the CR.

    Not sure there would be a takeover but guess this stock will trend up over time towards the new NTA of $1.37.

    Also, one you have 20%, you can buy another 3% every 6 months. This is how Stokes took control of Seven and WAN without formal bids.
