    Not one, but TWO other holders! I have long thought it has mostly been Pitt and Whyte selling to each other. There's also the 4 million share buyer in the mix that I referred to in another of these TGP posts- that didn't have an ANN, and it was slightly less that 5% to require one. So, boxhillnorth, you reckon Whyte is using creep provisions, eh? He might be, too. He was certainly buying heavily in April. This share has always been quite interesting.

    When you say this, do you mean a wind-down of the company? The company already has low gearing- lower now since the sale of Theiss, and the Fujitsu building is on its way out:

    So, what would trading out of their position mean to shareholders?

    boxhillnorth, re the trading ex-capital return, I am wondering how the CR would benefit holders if the share price just remained minue the 20c- it just means we are back to square one- surely it will rise and we get a "reward" or what was the point?
