I'm actually amazed that they managed to sell that many shares over September. Given the near zero volume we have been experiencing - they would pretty much be responsible for all the shares on the sell side.
I know people are critical of funds, but at the end of the day they are investing other people's money. And if those people want their money back, then they have to sell evenly across their holdings, pure and simple. A lot of people have been cashing out in the last couple of months.
