Its up to mr yaw to release a change of holding not up to SIH, I think its every 1% move in holdings has to be announced which he has done. His last notice was 4 march 15.15%, my guess where the 20.6mil has came from: took part in the .20 placement, bought the 3mil from misha collins director, bought on market & likely a off market trade recently.
