So is it fair to say all that WS has sold is just over half of the extra shares the company gave him at end of 2010 in order to stall the IP agreement for a year (due to timeline blowouts with the GT fleet expansion or sparse contracts)?
So due to dilution his holding went down to 5.02% while no. of shares held went up? Makes sense
I agree with happy, this is nothing to worry about, just paying for a few toys.
