he only gets royalties when the rig is drilling.
He was paid in stock not cash by the company for delays in the ip licence stuff last year.
He is however responsible for his own legals with regards to patents and also having James act as a proxy for him on the board whilst the ip agreement stuff got sorted.
He currently gets no income from the company so had no choice but to sell some shares in order to pay his legal bills and patent costs. The GT3000 is not the only rig he has been working on.
I do know that he has sold what he needed to and is not a current seller.
I think we will see an update from the company in the very near future about where everything is up to.
