legin....couldn't agree with you more and it appears that during all the dilution and directors options that private shareholders just weren't considered. So many have been so loyal and by their own admission some of CCC directors have reviewed CCC on HC from time to time.
Private shareholders, the long term loyal holders should've been considered a lot more and I hope management have learnt a lesson.
Not advice just my opinion.
