Sold 16,169,723 shares = 2.546%.

From the first figure, 2.546% would be around 44,54,1319 shares.

Woops, doesn't add up somewhere? AWD must have sold a lot of ADR's as well as ordinary shares? ADR prices have generally been around .004/.005 equivalent recently.

$165703.80 is equivalent to 55,234,600 shares at .003. Let's hope he used the cash to buy into the cap raising! It would make sense if he wanted to help out the company but didn't want to put a huge amount of extra new cash in - I guess we'll find out in a few days if he did. From the amount raised he obviously didn't go for his full entitlement.
