Am I the only one who is becoming discouraged by Entrust's...

Am I the only one who is becoming discouraged by Entrust's selling down of their holdings?

It seems that every time the share price creeps above
ten cents they sell about 4 million shares and drive it back down to sub 10c.

What puzzles me most is the (relatively) small amount they gross on the sale is more than offset by the loss of value of their remaining shareholding.

Can anybody help me understand their reasoning...?
