    Kiril is absolutely correct and 'on the money'.

    As for 'the heard', we are talking here of professional, well informed, well researched, large-holding institutional money.

    If they make a decision it is wise to look at why. Otherwise your 'investment decisions' start to rely on emotions and whimsy.
