If PPX could sell "some " of their European assets I think they would , and you would hope that is the trump card current management are working on .

The dec 23 announcment referred to assets sales under negotiation , if this was the case and proceeds could take pressure off debt and PXUPA distributions then PPX ands PXUPA woud rally in my view far greater then the PE offer .

All the strress however would make any willing buyers of assets happy to sit back and wait it out for lower prices .

From my perspective it is good to see the selling pressure continues to be the same shareholder , once this eases the stock should recover , I will be a buyer again tomorrow seeing the confirmation of this seller .

I have a feeling Orbis to would be happy there competition to dictate to the board is heightened .
