    THe issues I have are when will Orbis move from tenative support for Price to full support or not (ie when are they talking to Boon)and will Schroders follow suit.

    From a broader perspective this may be another sign that shareholders are becoming more active in demanding Directors act in their interest rather than management as is often the case. The rise of the Web and fora like Hot Copper have made it much easier for shareholder activism especially in small caps.
