    Thanks landzt. I missed that connection. He is well placed then if it's 40 million shares. I think someone on here knows him - if so are there any clues as to future sentiment? At 20% I think he has to make a statement of intent, if he doesn't want to launch a bid he can still acquire 3% every 6 months.
