The figures don't add up for a Weiss sale.

Weiss had 16.1% as of the 13th announcement.

LG only increased by 14.77% from the 13th to the 14th.

Why would Weiss hold on to 1.33% or only partially sell their stake ?

Part of the 14.77% increase would have been SH taking up the offer at the last minute.

Has there been friends out there buying to support LG ?

LG have only just got over the 50% line to take control of the company in the last days of the bid offer. I'm sure they were hoping for a figure touching the 90% by now.

Its still a long way to 90% so for now, we stay on the ASX and and they have to abide by Australian company rules and they have to work on our behalf as well as their own.

STAY STRONG its not over yet.

    DON'T SELL !!!

LG and Weiss see a lot more value in our company than our previous board did.

An interesting point in the LG INVESTOR Presentation Released to the asx and sgx on the 6th March.

Extract from page 28 of 31

"Further potential for resource delineation at Signature Metals –
in addition to the existing 1.5 million ounces of Indicated & Inferred Resources
    • LG perceive exploration target of another 500,000 ounces to 1,000,000
ounces of JORC resource over the next 12 months

What makes them so confident to make that statement based on what has been released by SBL over the last 12 plus months ?

Ironically its possible that they may end up buying the stubborn SH's out in the future at a much better price with the profits from the Gold we already own since it looks like they have bought a cashflow and a gold resource without putting up any cash.

Watch out now for the possible LG share price fall now that they have to issue a heap of new shares to cover the bid. There is about a 2 month window between the offer closing and the issue of LG shares and the ability to trade them on the SGX according to the first bidders statement. That could sour the deal a bit if the LG SP was to drop after an endless constant rise over the last 8 months or so.

Just my humble opinion....Cheers to all Peteski
