sorry for late reply IMO the transfer looks like internal and looking at present price may be the fund is shorting the stock using a third party given the close held stock with top 40 account for 90% of the stock may be L1 wants more share with price falling to low level could force the 10% to sell the shre anyway even i am worried abt the companies progress emailed jonathan with few question still waiting for reply
