I am very frustrated with pem, has been on buys for a long time, but keeps slipping, I hope we see some movement soon before EU dramas anyway am holding back up to mis30's would be nice, they have done the right thing cutting staff and production as demand is slowing, broken hill I am referring to. Even though cutting production staff dose not give good setitenment it shows good management in time where demands and commodity prices are falling, as for the domin rep, thing there are good. Making money, so all points to and upside in the future
