International Commodity Finance Limited out of Hong Kong hold 25.49% so if they decide to tip into the offer then Liongold will be almost at 50%

Also there is not really a couple of weeks to go. The current offer closes on Wednesday July 18th. However if you are accepting via Computershare then acceptances have to be received before 7.00pm on the second last day of the offer, which puts it back to Tuesday 17th. There is no mention of acceptances by email/fax so then you have to allow time for snail mail to get through. I am not that familiar with timing of Australia Posts deliveries but it appears that it would require be posting by normal mail by Monday 16th 6pm in Melbourne metro area or by Friday 13th if elsewhere.

Also the timing of the offer could be extended. It is not unusual to have offers extended by 14 days at least once.
