to be honest, I dont know if its going up to 60c or heading down to 30c. All I know is that we have Dr not Mr someone who is CEO, seems dont have millions of dollars of himself. so he probably wants this baby to go back up $3 as eagerly as I do.
Also I believe they wont be a cap raising like IGR. I have some basic trust on him on that.
