i think you will find that this is a net position since their last update. Have a look at AMX's presentations earlier this year! GCIC had a larger percentage after the $1.30 placement.This explains the on market selling pressure. Have a look at stocks like MDI and AZM and you will see the same thing. Even GRY. Im pretty sure that Goodmans are big holders in all of them.
Wonder how much more they are trimming up!
