Hi Yong555. Interesting theory. One problem is UBS seem to be moving shares both ways.
Of bigger concern to me (and should be to regulators) is that this scenario (not necessarily in this case!!!) provides a simple way of getting around naked short selling. In effect they are really creating more and more non-existent shares.
Has this been discussed elsewhere. May be worth moving some of this to general site.
I think this is very important and should be looked into further.
There is clearly much manipulation in the market and HC provides the opportunity for small investors to get together and retaliate.
