BTW, i never believed this is going to be a quick deal. If this was meant to be just a business case, it could be wrapped up quickly. But if this involves long term strategy planning, and many plants down the track in years to come, both side would absolutely try to be really careful with every little points. 1% of the jv could mean tons of money.
