they not trying to make us accept anything.. THEY ss&t broke a binding agreement hence there is nothing between plv and ss&t.. they saying they had a controlling interest in timeones plv shares and timeone couldnt move those shares without ss&t consent..

you would have to read agreement between timeone and ss&t and see whether the binding deal had to be executed for them to control timeones shares or not.. either way they chasing a company in the BVI, lets see what plv legal team say...
