The PFS will give us the financials to work out the NPV for the Mt Kare project! With the shallow Bonanza Gold and Silver Grades I'm sure things will be very very profitable!

What we need to remember is that the Mt Kare project was a viable project when the price of gold was only $500/oz and silver at $5.50/Oz!

Just before the GFC Hit and bankrupted Buffalo and Madison Minerals China Rail had entered into an MOU to commence mine construction on the back of the Snowden PFS!

If it was profitable then, imagine the NPV numbers now that the price of gold is $1780/Oz and heading above $2000/Oz and Silver at $28/Oz heading back to $45/Oz!

Let's just all take a deep breath and wait for the PFS to complete the PFS! I'm sure the numbers will come back very very positive for the project!

If you click on the link below then the text highlighted in the image below, watch Mr Promnitz' presentation where he states that the silver is in such high grades, "the gold could go for a free ride".

To me this says if we aren't at Zero Cash Cost we will definitely be in the lowest 10th percentile cash cost gold mine in the world! Not many mines with the scale of Mt Kare can repeat that sort of cash cost!

The other thing we need to remember is that Porgera is an aging 22 year old gold mine where drilling, and trucking for the gold is 1km from the surface, yet their cash cost is still at a highly profitable $700/Oz!

Imagine how profitable Mt Kare's will be since we are starting with virgin ground.....:)
