NightStalker, Mitsubishi UFJ to point out is still an official part of the Mitsubishi group which the manufacturing branch is a part of.
However, that is completely irellevant as it doesn't change the fact that Mitsubishi's direct holdings haven't changed as part of this announcement, and as they own less than 50% of Morgan Stanley the desicions to sell Lynas shares may be one they can slightly influence but they don't have control over Morgan Stanley.
