You will find that the figures for both parties are correct.
If you refer to page 70 of the Annual Report there are 5975000 shares that constitute share based payments issued under the employee equity plan.
These shares do not carry the voting rights afforded the FPO shares.
If you recalculate minus these shares you will find both parties are correct in their share percentages.
