thanks for explaining.Oceania Capital in its kbc announcements appears to always use the total no of securities less the total unquoted equities for its calculations,yet in the annual report p96 the substantial shareholders percentage has been calculated using the total number of securities that includes the unquoted.What is the norm for these calculations?Is either way acceptable and if so doesn't this make things a little confusing?
