At the moment, I'm research past partners of the ECE how how things progressed.
One Australian Company they purchased in early 2011, was Globe Metals & Mining.( GBE.ax) In April 2011, the East China Mineral Exploration and Development Bureau (ECE) joined Globe as a major shareholder and strategic partner, investing AU$47.85 in return for 118,143,062 shares in the Company at $0.405 per share. 90.5% of participating shareholders (by number of shares) voted in favour of the transaction by proxy.
From that point, the stock has tanked and is worth .09cents. It's a small cap company of 19mil
