Hey Blackcop imo this is an exercise of arbitrage, meaning UBS expects a higher more sensible offer. Cathay are no doubt playing opportunists and if holders are desperate and sell this will give Cathay the edge they need.
Do Not Sell Off Market To Cathay. If you need to sell or have Doubts at least sell on market.
