    Cooper if they are buying substantially at this price it seems to me, naive view, that they would expect not to lose money on their purchase price?

    No, not naive at all....they MAY just want the cash pile to help with some other project they MAY have (which may even be their own private project into which they have already sunk money) and which they then take to other new investors, raise a stack of cash by issuing DRG shares and all of a sudden you - as ane xisting shareholder - are diluted further and forced into being an EVEN LONGER term shareholder who hopes to hell these guys eventually add value.

    This has been done on the share market ad nauseum over the years. Why can't you see that?

    That is only a possible scenario - it might not be that at all. Maybe they DO still want the DRG tenements and see value there...but you really shouldn't get locked into that way of thinking. Nope...not naive thinking at all. I've seen it happen every year....
