I didn't plan on attending the AGM, but when I saw the latest announcement I decided to run down and see if I could catch the tail end of it. I didn't catch any of the meeting itself but managed to meet the new directors very briefly and asked them a couple of questions about the future direction of the company.
Their immediate concern is reducing the admin costs and focussing on the South Gobi licences. They had no intention of spinning off assets and they said there was no plan on raising any capital (though they said I couldn't hold them to that).
They seemed upbeat to me and hopefully these guys can restore some value for shareholders.
Note this is my own summation of what was discussed.
