A fresh outlook is NEVER a bad thing for a small company stock that has had a major stall.
The fact that these guys (according to booga) intend sticking with the projects on the books would also be a positive given their background in coal.
And cutting the admin costs shouldn't be too hard given the salaries that are listed in the annual report. :)
Winter is on its way, so I suspect things will be quiet for awhile share price wise, especially as others may also sell out, but maybe 2013 will finally be the Year of the Dragon.
