"NEXTDC Ltd (ASX:NXT)– Investment in Asia Pacific Data
Centre REIT by founder Bevan Slattery
The Directors of NEXTDC Limited (ASX:NXT) (“the Company” or NEXTDC) wish to advise that Bevan
Slattery, founder and Deputy Chairman of NEXTDC Limited, has notified the Board that he has partially
divested his shareholding in NEXTDC in order to facilitate up to a $22 million investment in Asia Pacific
Data Centre REIT (APDC)"
Bevan is loaded, I'm sure he didn't need to sell these shares in NXT to pay for his investment in the REIT - but it's a nice way for him to extract some cash from his initial investment in NXT backed by a legitimate reason to justify it.
