^ That is what they are doing - but Bevan didn't need to sell $25m of his own stock for this to happen.
I agree that it is a great way to unlock the capital that is just sitting there in bricks and mortar, but I still remain a skeptic that NXT is worth the current price especially with the amount of data centre space coming online from some other global players moving in on the Australian market...
