NEXTDC is creating a REIT, whereby NEXTCD will lease back the property. To fund this IPO Bevan Slattery sold down his holdings in NEXTDC: "NEXTDC founder and Deputy Chairman Bevan Slattery may be participating in the offer by applying for up to 22 million partly paid stapled securities under the APDC offer document, representing approximately 19% of the total securities of APDC."
