The Notice says EVERGREEN CAPITAL has accumulated more ..
They bought 450,000 shares in last month or two, so they have been the major support under the stock price .. increased their holding to over 7% now.
EAX has got strong fundamentals, and the majority of the stock is tightly held. EAX release very few news updates during the year, as they don't really need to blather on like some penny-dreadfull - they KNOW they have a great value company. Look where the share price has come from !
Very much looking forward to the 19th Feb Report, hoping it'll be a beauty. Note that EAX goes ex-dividend on 22 Feb.
