Where else would they find a micro cap, with it is own refurbished drilling rig, lab facilities, arrangements with 3 ports, +55% mn, and a whole 1.5-2km of it ???


Not just that, but funding coming through The Noble group, not another Celtic notes nor rights issue!

And definitely no JV's with unrelated entities.
