What we have here, looking outside in, is a management team that is collecting a fee to do what...buy more shares? They are effectively owning more of the company by using DRG capital to buy more ownership.
Its not about looking after money, it about investment horizons. I needed DRG to realise their potential yesterday, not tomorrow. If management have a 20 year plan then that's not going to suit me.
I like every other shareholder would like to know what plans the new management team have to restore shareholder wealth. At this stage as far as the market is concerned, they have no plan.
