These guys have been (one of) the biggest holders on HZN for a number of years and have a director sitting on the board. They're definitely not a potential acquirer of the whole business but, in my opinion, are great to have there to block any low-ball takeovers.

With a director on the board and a long association with HZN these guys must have intimate knowledge of the business and the fact that they keep buying gives me great comfort. They must think the stock is cheap here (as do I) and are confident to keep loading up as a result.

I had noticed that there's been very little volume on the bids and lots of offers for the last few weeks but someone keeps soaking up the sellers- must've been these guys.
