If GIC (the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation) has now increased their holdings, one can make at least two deductions from this surely:
1. They believe there is an opportunity to make money ( upside }from buying shares in PDN.
2. The share price is good value (I mean no disrespect when I say that the Chinese know when the price is good value.....(I bet they are Chinese Singaporeans...)
