You are actually both correct. It would appear that on the 24 Sept Blackrook sold 2,865,710 shares to reduce their overall holding from 56.5 million to 53.6 million. There is no issue here becuase immediately prior to this they held 11.6% so they did not pass they 1% change reporting obligations.
Then they go diluted as a result of the share issue on 25 Sept resulting in a need to report the 1% change.
What it does say is alot.
This was the one investor that I was concerned about. I thought that Blackrock may have been seeking to get out considering both the fall in share price and the associated risks. However at this point it does not appear to be cutting and running.
