L1 capital clearly have difficulties in filing these notices.

The sums do not add up, this is not dissimilar to L1 recent sell on AOH where the numbers do not add up.

If I can interpret it correctly, it appears State Street was the client selling, they reportedly had 2,735,661 after close of business on 1st Oct.

Since then total volume is approx 7mil, so hopefully today's sell down into the close was the last of it.
