Had a look back at placement notice and Hockings family definately mentioned as participating. Appears he is offloading some at current price to replace what he will get at discount, or trying to cap the price depending how you look at it. Either way there must be another party interested enough to buy. I wonder how many they need to buy before they become a substantial holder ans have to give notice- is it 5%? so about 25 million? So far i guess in this last littke run weve only seen About 10 million so unless it was a current holder we wont find out. Still good though as seller has a good and obvious reason due to note shares going his way and not wanting to be tooooo heavy pyc i guess.
