    Seeing Rodny and Gonzalez are apparently both friendly to Price I do not believe the transaction changes the balance. The real issue is why Gonzalez sold at 4.5c and why Rodny bought? Do they have differing views of PPX's propects? Or did Gonzalez come up with a better deal that needed the cash and Rodny obliged to keep the shares in safe hands?
