Yes, it just shows that they almost definitely are connected. Not everyday that you have off market purchase. One party knew that the other was selling. Not something you and I were aware of. And if they are connected then they are friendly.
Also if willing to buy the parcel from Gonzales, then maybe willing to buy more? They would seem to have a 25% blocking stake. But they would really want control at a PXUPA level. Nobody wants this to go to court. A NO vote prevents a court ruling. Do they have the numbers?
Is their main goal to stop the ammendment to constitution or do they really want the buyback to succeed? Right now it looks like its more about votes than the actual buyback/takeover of trust.
