Watching share prices is what I do. I consider myself more of a trader than an investor. NextDC is one of the few exceptions, where I'm happy to hold longer term.
It is widely expected that NextDC will announce the company is in the black across the board. I'd be shocked if this wasn't announced in the next quarterly. This being the case share prices are forward looking indicators of how investors see the company performing, so I would expect the share price to be higher.
Considering NXT traded at a high of about $2.80 18 months ago, it doesn't seem logical that is is now trading at around $1.80. It is a much better proposition now then 18 months ago.
In any case I sold other holdings to free up some cash and bought more NXT today and was happy to do so. I'm sure it will pay off nicely.
A Santa rally would be nice, although I'm not holding my breath this year. Jingle bells, jingle bells NXT all the way
