Personally I am not speculating on the reasons for Bevan Slattery selling down stock. There could be many valid reasons not related to the company outlook. Currently, he is still the major shareholder with 7.85% of the company (15,150,531 shares) currently worth ~$29M.
Still holding this stock for the long term. I think that the business is not very well understood by the market (which may be little consolation if the market does not begin to understand). Strategically NextDC seem to be closely watching (and copying) similar US businesses which have been successful. But that is no guarantee of success in Australia. Time will tell...
