    Chistem Barsington is a wholly owned subsdiary of Noble.

    This was the transaction that happened in April last year:

    "The company will place 21.35 million shares at $0.40 each to Barsington Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Noble, to raise $8.5million"

    Might just be a shuffling around for accounting purposes?
