Yes the court case is interesting, but my thoughts are that it is more probably to do with political posturing than legal veracity. Mansell is a lawyer and should be on top of this.
I expect a lot more shares will be submitted very soon. It seems you always get the guys to see whether there is some argy bargy at the last moment.
